About

I'm a Master's student in Computer Science at Georgia Tech, in the Computing Systems specialization (Aug 2025 – May 2027).

Before grad school I spent two years at Google as a Software Engineer II on backend / distributed systems where I worked on high-throughput C++ gRPC services running, a multi-year ETL migrations on MapReduce / BigQuery / Spanner, and ML evaluation pipelines benchmarking Gemini outputs against a Knowledge Graph truth.

I spent a long time competing in algorithmic contests. As a competitve programmer I reached Candidate Master on Codeforces (peak 2042) and 6-star on CodeChef (peak 2222). I was also an ICPC 2021 Asia West continent finalist and have set problems for ICPC 2022 regionals, CodeChef, and CodeDrills.

I helped coach the Indian IOI training camp in 2023, and I'm one of the lead maintainers of CodePal, a VSCode extension used by 6000+ competitive programmers worldwide.

Outside of computing I'm an official FIDE-rated chess player and a certified scuba diver.
